In little time, Dipti made her mark on our team as our Sr UX Designer. She took the low fidelity designs of from our previous designer and elevated them to high fidelity mock ups and style guides that left little to our front-end engineer’s imagination. What few questions they had Dipti made short work of them all the while effectively soliciting and providing constructive feedback of her own. She rapidly took that information and developed any new design elements or user flows that while following consistency guidelines, were a pleasure to use and a sight to behold.

On top of her tireless work ethic and appetite for challenging problems, Dipti conducts herself with a professional persona that’s unanimously a pleasure to with. She would be an asset to any team looking to build non-trivial applications that behave naturally with no need for instructions all the while sporting a clean look that begs use from the user.

Dipti worked alongside me on multiple large assignments in IBM as a UI/UX Developer & Designer. She demonstrated high quality designs skills and delivered some exemplary UI/UX web & mobile contents.
